What is EasyBills?
EasyBills is a cloud-based business workspace for invoicing, customers, products, purchases, inventory and related financial workflows. Some advanced accounting and GST functions are still undergoing validation.
Can I try EasyBills before paying?
The currently configured trial plan is free for three days, with one company and one user. Check the application for the latest trial availability.
Can I manage multiple companies under one subscription?
Yes, eligible paid plans include a shared company allowance. Company data remains separate, and the number of allowed companies depends on the purchased plan.
Can I restrict what my employees can access?
Yes. Company-specific roles and module permissions are available. Owners and authorized administrators can assign and update access within their permissions and plan limits.
Where can I see my plan usage and billing history?
Sign in to EasyBills and open the account and subscription area. It displays plan information, company usage and team-seat allowance.
Are GST reports ready for statutory filing?
EasyBills includes GST-oriented invoicing and working papers, but statutory filing integrations and full compliance certification are not represented as complete. Review outputs with a qualified tax professional.
How are paid plans activated?
The current workflow uses a plan request and administrator-reviewed manual payment confirmation. A submitted payment reference is not proof of activation.
Can I read tutorials without creating an account?
Yes. The public Help Centre is intended to be accessible without signing in, once deployed at easybill.one/help/.
